Tracie Radford, Master Cosmetologist and Certified Trichologist, shares her experience as a Master Cosmetologist and her transition to the world of Trichology, and the key components to survival as a beauty industry business during the pandemic. 

Dyniecia Barnes, Master Cosmetologist and Non-Surgical Hair Replacement Specialist, shares her experience as a Master Cosmetologist and how she uses corporate strategies, organizational systems, and technology to promote, automate and grow her businesses.
